3. Exchanges
Exchanges for the Same Item: If you wish to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order. This ensures that you receive the new item quickly, as exchanges cannot be processed automatically.
Exchanges for Different Items: If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we apologize for the inconvenience and encourage you to contact us immediately. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the situation.
